The Secretary of Migrant and International Affairs told Gto News that Guanajuato is expecting a historical number of migrants to return this year, since traveling around the world has been limited for almost 2 years nbecause of the Covid 19 pandemic.
Migrants, said the Secretary, will come back in great numbers during this time of year that is so familiar and warm, the end of the year and New Year 2022.
“We expect some 100 thousand Guanajuatense migrants, -and with them- we will have a great economic contribution during their stay here in Guanajuato. But the loving and care contribution will be greater after so much time without seeing their relatives”
