The Governor of the People, Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo, announced that, from now on, to enter the State public service, it will be necessary for men and women to present the Certificate of Non-Registration in the National Registry of Alimony Obligations.

“The heart of this People’s Government is in the families, in our girls and our boys. That is why we defend their right to a dignified life. Because there can be no future or full well-being when such a basic and fundamental obligation as providing food and sustenance is not fulfilled,” the State Governor expressed.

This measure fulfills the constitutional reform that suspends the rights of those who fail to meet their child support obligations, and reinforces the values of the People’s Government so that every public servant is an example of commitment and ethics.

The Governor explained that, in the State of Guanajuato, the General Working Conditions have been updated to ensure that those who have the privilege of serving the people comply with the law and their responsibility, both within and outside their public function.
“It’s a simple requirement, but one with a profound sense of social justice that we owed to our children,” Libia Dennise emphasized.

“Because for us, the new way of saying is doing, and when we protect our children, we protect the present and future of Guanajuato,” the Governor concluded.
