The Government of Guanajuato launches a campaign to reactivate tourism in the State
With this new tourist brand the State invites you all to live the greatness of the history of Guanajuato

With the motto “Guanajuato, Live Great Stories”, the campaign for Tourism Reactivation was launched by the Governor of Guanajuato, Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo.
History of greatness
With this new tourist brand we invite all to live the greatness of the history of Guanajuato, said the Governor in the event that was held at the Plaza de la Paz, in downtown Guanajuato.
“We invite all our visitors and tourists to be the main characters of their own stories, and have as their stage the tourist richnes of our State, as well as promote the World Heritage Cities, Magic Towns, archaeological zones, every corner of Guanajuato”, noted Rodriguez Vallejo.
The place to be
“From the heart of the City of Guanajuato, Cultural World Heritage City, we announce to Mexico and to the world that Guanajuato is the ideal place to live great stories”, said the Governor.
Rodriguez Vallejo said that during this months of pandemic, the State Government didn’t just crossed their arms, but they have worked hand in hand with the tourist sector to go ahead.
A step ahead
“Launching this campaign is only one more step, so that as soon as the health conditions let us do so, we put back Guanajuato in the tourist post it has in Mexico and in the world” , said Rodriguez Vallejo.
“We want to activate and reactivate tourism in our 46 municipalities with more than 150 products and experiences for our visitors”, added Rodriguez Vallejo.
A safe visit
The Governor said that Guanajuato offers a safe stay, with service providers that are well trained in good practices and who bear the seal “Safe Trip” and the badge “Healthy Guanajuato”.
“Let’s demonstrate that in Guanajuato we know how to do things well. Let’s show the world why Guanajuato is the greatness of Mexico. Come and live great stories”, said Rodriguez Vallejo.
