More than half a million women from Guanajuato will receive this support
The Pink Card comes with an Assistance Program for Women, announced the Governor

“Us women are the engine of development in Guanajuato,” said the Governor of the People, Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo, when leading the ceremony of the 1st delivery of the Pink Card.
This program will support 580,000 women from all over Guanajuato. Beneficiaries will receive bi-monthly support of 1,000 pesos, for a total of 6,000 pesos per year.
In Guanajuato City alone, we will be supporting almost 16 thousand women. On this day, the Pink Card will be given to the first 600 women, explained the Governor.
Libia said that starting tomorrow, simultaneous delivery will begin in the 46 municipalities of Guanajuato. The Secretary for New Beginning will announce the time and place for these deliveries.
“With this support, your economic capabilities are expanded, so that you can improve your quality of life. That is why I want to tell you that you are NOT alone! You can count on your Governor, because I am an unconditional ally of women”, said Libia.
The Governor noted that the Pink Card comes with an Assistance Program for Women that includes:
- Dental Assistance: Dental cleaning and evaluation up to twice a year free of charge
- Medical Assistance: With a series of services such as nutritional assistance, sending a doctor to your home at a preferential price, medical and psychological counseling by phone, blood chemistry analysis (1 event per year free of charge), and ambulance for emergencies (1 event per year free of charge)
- Funeral Assistance: Which includes legal advice, basic wake room, funeral services at home, cremation and transfer of remains, among other. (1 event per year for members of the immediate family, with a maximum amount of 25 thousand pesos)
- Legal Assistance: Family, Civil, Criminal. Advice on the requirements for marriage; in cases of divorce, Parental Authority, Custody of Minors and Child Support, among other. Unlimited consulting and advice, and legal representation at a preferential cost
- Home Assistance: Plumbing, electrician, locksmith, glasswork and furniture installation services, two events per year to choose from, covered up to a maximum of 600 pesos
- Roadside Assistance: Tow truck service (1 event per year); Roadside Assistance, jump-start, tire change, and gasoline supply (1 event to choose from, covered up to a maximum of 500 pesos)

The Secretary of the New Beginning, Rosario Corona Amador, said that the delivery of the Pink Card will be held at the 60 New Beginning Centers, formerly Impulso, and in 12 alternate points in municipalities such as:
- Atarjea, Santa Catarina, Tierra Blanca, Xichu, Doctor Mora, Ocampo, Guanajuato, Jerecuaro, Santiago Maravatio, Comonfort, Tarimoro and Leon, from 9 in the morning to 6 in the afternoon
The Pink Card is a direct financial support of the State Government, aimed at Guanajuatense mothers between 25 and 45 years old, mothers and residents of Guanajuato, and is a fundamental part of the Aliadas strategy.
