Officials grant the Prize to Technology Industry of Information and Communication at the Industrials Night Gala
Governor of Guanajuato signs a decree that officially institutes the State Day of Mindfacture

At the Industrials Night gala within the Industrial Transformation Mexico –ITM-, Governor of Guanajuato, Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo said that Guanajuato confirms its position as the Cradle of Industry 4.0 in Mexico and Latin America.

“Bringing this great industrial fair Hannover Messe is to bring more world to Guanajuato and to Mexico, because our country needs, today more than ever, to go to the next level and Guanajuato is doing it”, said the Governor.
“We are going from manufacture to mindfacture, we want to be leaders in innovation and we have the ideal conditions to achieve it, because we have built the correct ecosystem to do it”, said Rodriguez Vallejo.
Valley of Mindfacture
This ecosystem, said the Governor, has been called the Valley of Mindfacture, which is the threshold of the Guanajuato of the upcoming 50 to 100 years, a vision that bets on innovation, knowledge, technological development and industry 4.0.
Official Decree
To confirm this commitment, the Governor signed the Official Decree that declares April 21st as the State Day of Mindfacture, a date that is also the World Day of Creativity and Innovation, as declared by the United Nations Organization.
“This is a year when industry 4.0 reaches 10 years in the world, and so, I am inviting you to keep working united to make of Guanajuato the center of this industry in Mexico and Latin America”, said the Governor.
A great opportunity
“We want Guanajuato to maintain that entrepreneurial leadership it has now, and from Guanajuato comes again a movement of prosperity for Mexicans, so that in the world scenario our Country takes that great opportunity to be a main character in the concert of nations”, said Rodriguez Vallejo.

“Guanajuato is today a land of industrials, innovation and entrepreneurship, a land of the present and the future, welcome to the Valley of Mindfacture, to the epicenter of Industry 4.0 of Mexico and Latin America”

Innovation and knowledge
Rodriguez Vallejo noted the alliances Guanajuato has made by promoting public policies towards innovation and generation of knowledge.
“We want our students to be citizens of the world, we want them to know other cultures and that they have the opportunity to learn from the best, and that is also why we established alliances with the best in the world, like Deutsche Messe. Today the relationship between Hannover Messe and Guanajuato is stronger every day and even more productive”, said Rodriguez Vallejo.

The Industrials Night Gala was the scenario for the the Information Technolgy and Communications Awards to be announced. These awards are granted by the National Chamber of the Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technologies Industry (CANIETI).

This includes the Itzamna prize to the Project “Perfect Corp’s Advanced Smart Beauty Technology”, a digital platform that is working to transform the way consumers, content creators and beauty brands interact together through Artificial Intelligence and Increased Reality.
