The Infonavit Service Center -CESI- Silao was inaugurated in an event that represents a significant step in improving services for workers in Guanajuato, as well as companies that contribute to social security and to access to convenient housing.
This new Infonavit service center aims to offer direct attention to 7 municipalities of the 46 that make up the State of Guanajuato, benefiting:
- More than 140,000 beneficiaries
- 3,927 contributing companies in the region
- Approximately 49,389 people could constitute a potential demand, especially among the companies in Guanajuato
Strategically located in Guanajuato Puerto Interior, a leading industrial logistics platform in Mexico and Latin America, this Infonavit Service Center complements a wide range of services available to the industrial community and the region.
Guanajuato Puerto Interior is home to:
- More than 125 companies
- From 18 countries
- More than 30,000 direct jobs
- More than 90,000 indirect jobs
Hector Lopez Santillana, General Director of Guanajuato Puerto Interior and representing the Governor of the State of Guanajuato, Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo, noted that the inauguration of this Infonavit Service Center is a collaborative effort of the three levels of government, labor unions and companies to build a better society and community.
Santillana noted the need to bring these services closer to the working community in Guanajuato Puerto Interior, where thousands of workers travel significant distances to access their jobs.
The Director stressed the importance of collaborating between companies and government institutions to attract and retain talent, as well as to solve common problems and provide better service to citizens.
Carlos Martinez Velazquez, General Director of Infonavit, stressed the importance of bringing Infonavit services closer to workers and companies, facilitating the completion of procedures, clarifying doubts, and providing quality information. In addition, he noted the possibility of requesting different types of credit, promoting the construction of a patrimony for workers.
Ismael Espinoza Gonzalez, vice president of CONCAMIN, emphasized the relevance of personal attention, which is significantly valued by both workers and companies, and he noted that the opening of the Infonavit Service Center in Silao represents a cause for celebration for the region and its entrepreneurs.
