November Fashion Month activities continue with the start of the second edition of the Fashion Showroom, a strategy that positions Guanajuato as a destination for fashion and business that generates income and drives all the sectors that make up the Guanajuato Fashion Cluster.
Ramon Alfaro Gomez, Secretary of Sustainable Economic Development -SDES- highlighted that these strategies promoted by Governor Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo have the goal of opening new markets for local entrepreneurs, thereby strengthening the competitiveness of Guanajuato MSMEs.
“We are proud to have such an important sector for Guanajuato, the textile sector, in which we see great strength in the economic activity, the commercial activity that this area has; that creates jobs and opportunities,” said Alfaro Gomez.
This event, organized by CANAIVE in coordination with SDES, aims to be an innovative space, conducive to bringing information on fashion trends, marketing and new ways of doing business, it is a project that promotes and drives the growth of industrial manufacturers in the textile and clothing sector offering new opportunities for those who are part of it.
With this strategy, fashion industrialists will be prepared in clothing with reference to fashion trends, generating a comprehensive vision from the analysis of trends to the development of complete garments demanded by the State, regional and national market.
“At SDES we work to strengthen the competitive ecosystem through public policies that promote a better business environment and consolidate more local companies”, said Alfaro Gomez.
