These actions reflect the commitment of the People’s Government to promote the talent and productivity of Guanajuato

With the commitment to continue promoting the training and professional development of Guanajuatense workers, the State Institute of Training (IECA) and the company Kromberg & Schubert finished Training Week 2025, a time dedicated to strengthening work skills, productivity and safety at work.
Representing IECA’s Director General, Salomon Ceballos Ochoa, the Director of the San Francisco del Rincon campus, Catalina Linan, acknowledged the effort, perseverance, and dedication of the staff who participated in the courses offered, as well as the company’s commitment to investing in its employees’ training.
“When people are trained, lives are transformed, opportunities are opened, and a more competitive and humane Guanajuato is built,” said Linan.
During Training Week, various specialized courses were offered in industrial safety, machinery operation, regulations, foreign trade, and environmental management, among other, which strengthen the technical and operational performance of the staff.
Among the most prominent topics covered were:
- Overhead cranes, working at heights, use of personal protective equipment, safe forklift operation, confined space safety, handling of chemical substances, ISO 14001:2015, and occupational safety and health legislation, among other
Strategic courses such as Core Tools, supported by the Leon Employment Office with an investment of 50,000 pesos, were also offered, along with training in personal data protection, customs legislation, and foreign trade.
