The State Secretary of Tourism is a runner-up in two categories

The Secretary of Tourism of Guanajuato was nominated for the 2023 Tourism Angel Awards, in the categories:
- Best company or institution in Meetings Tourism
- Best promotion strategy for a destination
Guanajuato has remained in the consumer’s mind thanks to the actions and alliances of marketing and dissemination of the tourist offer in Mwexico and in the world.
This synergy ranges from:
- Hotel products, tours, packages, mainly, to continue increasing tourists to destinations in Guanajuato
These recognitions, which started in 2013 as a private sector initiative, aim to recognize the people, companies and institutions that have made a significant effort and contribution to the development of tourism in Mexico.
