Beyond Water 2022 promotes new applicable technologies and innovative projects towards water sustainability

The Governor of Guanajuato, called to promote water sustainability with social, economic and environmental balance in Mexico and throughout the world, as part of his message at the closing ceremony of Beyond Water 2022.
This international event drives and permanently promotes progress towards water sustainability through new technologies applicable to various sectors, as well as exhibiting innovative and cutting-edge projects in the field.
“We must take advantage of new technologies and manage innovative and cutting-edge projects. Make efforts that encompass all sectors and uses of water, urban public, agricultural and industrial”, said the Governor.
With Beyond Water Guanajuato has become a benchmark at the national level, with international impact, as a spearhead state towards water sustainability.
For this edition, there was the face-to-face and virtual participation of professionals from the water sector, from countries such as Colombia, Spain, the United States, Israel, the Netherlands and Sweden.
300 face-to-face attendees and at least 10,000 virtual attendees participated, most of them leaders of the hydraulic sectors of Mexico and the World, of the agricultural, industrial and domestic use sectors, Specialists, Managers and Authorities of Local and National Water Operators.
“In the case of Guanajuato, Beyond Water is a knowledge dissemination event that comes in addition to our strategy of moving from manufacturing to Mindfacture. I am sure that innovation and Mindfacture are the answers to the great water challenges of our time”, said Rodriguez Vallejo.
