The Judicial Branch of Guanajuato presents the Annual Report of Activities of the Supreme Tribunal of Justice

The State of Guanajuato has in its Judicial Branch a solid, vanguard and trustworthy institution for all society; we have an expedite, opened and quality deliver of Justice; we have the best Judicial Branch in Mexico, said the Governor of Guanajuato, Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo.
Report of Activities
The Governor of Guanajuato was at the Annual Report of Activities of the Supreme Tribunal of Justice, presided by the Magistrate President, Hector Tinajero Muñoz.
“As reported by the Index of Rule of Law in Mexico 2020-2021 by the World Justice Project, Guanajuato is in the 1st. place in Civil Justice; this means that the State has an accesible system of Civil Justice, one that is transparent, impartial, independent and free of corruption”, said Rodriguez Vallejo.
Well evaluated
The same report recognizes that the Alternative Mechanisms of Solution of Controversies, are accesible, impartial and expedite; with these actions in Guanajuato, the State is one of the two best assessed in Alternative Justice.
The Governor also said that the Secretary of Economy granted the Supreme Tribunal of Justice of Guanajuato the Certification of the Program of Commercial Oral Trials; this is because it meets the standards to ensure the delivery of quality, expedite justice in merchant law.
Indefinitely certificated
“We are proud to know that in Guanajuato we have the First Judicial Branch to earn the indefinite validity of this certification”, said the Governor.
Rodriguez Vallejo noted the stregths that the Judiciary Branch has been building like: Its own infrastructure to deliver its services, its own institutional design to make more efficient its coverage.
National referent
“I have no question that again the Judiciary Branch of Guanajuato will be a national referent within this new system and that it will maintain Guanajuato in calm as it has been for decades”, said the Governor.
