“Guanajuato is consolidated as the epicenter of Industry 4.0 in Mexico thanks to the alliance it has with institutions such as Hannover Messe”, said the Governor of Guanajuato, Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo.
The Governor took part in the press conference on the occasion of the launch of the Passport of the V Edition of Industrial Transformation México -ITM 2023-.
The President highlighted that it has been five years since this industrial fair has been held in Leon, which has contributed to strengthening the economy of Guanajuato, which this week ranked fifth in Mexico according to information provided by INEGI.
The Governor noted that this is a very important achievement, which is due to various actions, but the main one is the result of the work of the productive sectors of Guanajuato:
- Businessmen and workers
- The academia
- The government
“Events such as the ITM of the Hannover Messe are engines of this teamwork, which once again will be strengthening innovation and the evolution of the industries in the region and that come to strengthen the Valley of the Mindfacture in Guanajuato”, said the Governor.
ITM is aimed at businessmen and entrepreneurs, but also at innovators, young people and women. To students, academics and researchers; experts and the government.
The Governor noted that this year again the CONCAMIN Annual Meeting of Industrialists –RAI- will be held simultaneously, which is the most important meeting of the business sector in our country.
Rodriguez Vallejo reiterated that the ITM and the RAI are events that strengthen the Valley of Mindfcature of Guanajuato.
This is the result of the work that is being done through public policies to give certainty and trust to local and foreign investors so that they create more jobs for the benefit of Guanajuato families.
The press conference was also attended by Bernd Rohde, CEO of Italian Exhibition Company Mexico, who after thanking the State Governor for the support of the ITM, said that this event will take place from October 4 to 6 at Poliforum Leon for what will be the most important week for the country’s industry.
Rohde said that the ITM 2023 Passport contains the most relevant information about the event, as well as the tourist offer of Guanajuato.
