The State Government has designed public policies that guarantee young people access to decent jobs and promote their comprehensive development
Guanajuato is positioned as an attractive state for young people, offering job opportunities and an environment that fosters their professional growth

In order to create an environment that favors the integral development of each young person in Guanajuato, awards were given to the beneficiaries of the programs “Teachers and Young without Borders”, besides the Beca Evoluciona, as well as the companies that have become allies of the youth.
Through “Companies with Youth”, recognition was extended to young people who have received support from the State Government, which has allowed them to enter or grow in the labor market.
“From the institute, and under the firm instruction of our governor Libia Dennise, we have worked tirelessly to design and implement public policies that not only respond to the needs of young people, but also guarantee their rights,” said Regina Trujillo, general director of Juventudes.
Trujillo added that, “because it is their right to access decent jobs, with fair and equitable conditions that allow them to develop their full potential; and those of us who are in public service, are responsible for organizing and coordinating efforts to ensure that their right is a reality for every young person from Guanajuato.”
The Evoluciona Scholarship is aimed at young students or recent graduates seeking professional development and job placement, providing them with financial support during the implementation of the project in a company located in Guanajuato. By 2024, this strategy has benefited 686 young people, with an investment of more than 26 million pesos and the participation of 55 partner companies.
The “Young and Teachers without Borders” program focuses on learning a second language, benefiting 200 people who have earned an IELTS, TOEFL and/or PET certifications.
“Guanajuato is the best place to be young, because we have a state full of opportunities, diverse, with a great economy and with companies that are already participating today and many that are out there that are eager to have their talent, their knowledge and their experience,” said Luis Andres Alvarez, Undersecretary of Employment and Labor Training.
The Government of the State of Guanajuato announced that through Juventudes, it reaffirms its commitment to the professional development of young people from Guanajuato, which opens the doors to better opportunities to access decent salaries and a better quality of life.
