The State Administration 2018-2024, with Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo as the Governor, is generating trust among investors of national and international companies, with 2,350 million dollars and more than 26,162 jobs.
Reasons to trust
With the promotion of public policies on economic and social development and the rule of law, 58 companies have confirmed their trust in investing in Guanajuato, because they find competitive advantages like its strategic geographical location, logistic infrastructure, secure energy supply, connectivity, labor stability, transparency and combat to corruption.
With these numbers in attraction of investment the State Administration has made it to achieve more than 40% of the six year term goal which at about 5 thousand million dollars of investments attracted.

“Today we are a State that is a leader in the area, in attraction of national and foreign investment. Recently many companies already established in Guanajuato have announced new and important investments and that makes us optimistic to think that soon we will get out of this economic crisis caused by the Covid 19 pandemic”, said Rodriguez Vallejo.

In Guanajuato investments have concentrated in the auto-industry of auto-parts, services, metalmechanics, new technologies, plastics, textile, aeronautics, agro-industry, construction, ceramics and materials among other.
The investments attracted by the Government of Guanajuato come from countries like USA, Germany, Japan, Austria, Canada, England, France, China, Italy, Mexico and Taiwan among other.
Some of the most important companies that have announced investment are Kohler, Taigene, Pepsico, Continental, P&G, Webasto, Nucor, GKN Sinter, CW technology, Eurocast, ZKW, Nestlé-Purina, JK Material, Vynmsa, Nucor, Stant, Serviacero and Fedex.
