Personnel from the State Attorney General’s Office graduated in Criminal Justice Procurement

State Governor Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo recognized the Institutional Strength of the State Attorney General’s Office and urged his staff to redouble their efforts to increase citizen confidence through efficient and professional service in the prosecution of Justice.
“The most important achievement to which we should aspire is out there. It is to earn the trust of society through an efficient and professional service, which serves to have a better administration of justice and to continue advancing in the fight against impunity”, said the Governor when leading the Second Special Service Ceremony of Career of the Public Ministry.
In this ceremony, the graduation of the group of the Specialty in Criminal Justice Procurement was carried out, and appointments were given to ministerial personnel; Certificates of Competencies of Agents of the Public Ministry; and awards from the National Trial Practice Contest.
“All these achievements that we have shared here are important, because they tell us about the institutional strength of the State Attorney General’s Office and the quality of public servants who collaborate in it. Therefore, our appreciation to each and all of you”, said the Governor, “you have prepared yourselves a lot and society also expects a lot from you,” he added.
Admission to the ministerial service major requires having the Initial Training constituted by the Specialty in Criminal Justice Procurement, generation XXXVII, so that the 31 graduates are eligible to be appointed and hold the position of Delegate of the Public Ministry as a starting level.
The Governor, Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo, handed a special recognition to three graduates with the best results and academic performance, through the general average of theoretical and practical achievement.
Recognitions were also granted to three professors for their outstanding performance in their teaching work.
The appointments of the Career Service of the Public Ministry were delivered to personnel representing the different ministerial areas.
The State Executive also delivered certificates to three Public Ministry Agents who proved their competencies in the Directorate of Investigation and Litigation in Oral Trials, as part of the Certification Project for Justice in Mexico –CEJUME-, implemented in all of Mexico and sponsored by the United States, through the International Office for Anti-Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs -INL- and administered by the Center for Studies on the Teaching and Learning of Law -CEEAD-.
Finally, awards were given to the winners of the VII National Trial Practice Contest of Mexican Prosecutors, convened by the Embassy of the United States in Mexico through the State Alliance of Attorneys General, where Guanajuato won first place.
Among those present at the Special Ceremony of the Career Service of the Public Ministry were Carlos Zamarripa Aguirre, Attorney General of the State of Guanajuato; Brigadier General Graduated from the General Staff, Enrique Garcia Jaramillo, Commander of the 16th Military Zone; Alberto Rodriguez, Director of the Office of Anti-Narcotics Affairs and Law Enforcement of the United States Embassy in Mexico; and Rosa Medina Rodriguez, President of the Supreme Court of Justice of the State Judiciary.
