With endless possibilities to learn, grow and go to the next level, is how the eighth edition of Foro Go 2024 concludes.
With the presence of great national and international speakers such as Carl Lewis, Olympic sprinter nicknamed “The Son of the Wind”; Cecilia Tamayo, Olympic athlete; Ana Victoria, CEO and Founder of Victoria 147; Rafa Jaime, the first blind Latin American to reach the summit of Mount Everest; Karina Diaz, CEO of Costa Rica Fashion Week; among many others, who inspired attendees to reinvent themselves and continue fulfilling their dreams.
“I would like to thank my entire COFOCE team, because without them it would not have been possible. Without a doubt, it is a Forum in which we work to inspire, encourage and promote more businesswomen and businessmen from Guanajuato, because at COFOCE we export dreams. Thank you all,” said Luis Rojas, General Director of COFOCE.
Without a doubt, the closing of this edition was on a high note, as it ended with a great presentation by Carl Lewis, the Son of the Wind, who said that the possibilities of reaching the goal, whatever it is that you set out to do, are endless.
During his participation, his student, the Olympic athlete and proud Leonese, Cecilia Tamayo, who recently participated in the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, appeared on stage with him.
Ceci was in charge of walking through the corridors of the plenary session, with the recognition in hand, to give it to her former coach, whom she recognized for the talent and work he has done with her, to always go to the next level of competition.
During this edition, in which more than 1,700 people participated, including entrepreneurs, allies, students and visitors; the objective is the same: to empower, inspire, and encourage more businesswomen and businessmen from Guanajuato to take their products to unimaginable places.
It is not only about growing our people’s businesses, not only about providing jobs but also about boosting communities, providing prosperity, security and generation of wealth for families in Guanajuato, said Avila.
The event took place at the Poliforum Leon, which over the course of two days managed to break a record by holding more than 554 business meetings between Guanajuato companies and strategic allies with the aim of generating alliances that boost exports.
In its eighth edition, Foro Go offered a total of 11 presentations by national and international experts that were a great learning experience and inspiration for Guanajuato entrepreneurs to continue building dreams and making them come true.
