The second edition of the suppliers fair in Leon was a succes, it was held hand in hand with ANPIC the APIMEX shoe-leather fair
The suppliers fair gathers 119 companies and has 272 business reunions in its B2B format

In its second edition, DIVEX, the suppliers fair was the center for 119 companies to show up as exhibitors, suppliers and buyers, and had a total of 3,294 visitors.
All sectors covered
From May 26th to the 28th, the multisectorial fair of intermediate goods had the participation of 28 exhibition companies who presented materials for sectors like: aerospatiale, plastics, chemicals, textile, automotive, gasket, furniture, services, hygiene and personal care, medicine, agro-food, signage and industrial safety.
Also, during the fair there were B2B meetings for two days, the results:
- 275 reunions with 97 supplying companies and 22 buyers
These reunions are promoting the national consuming and also forming trade alliances with transnational companies.
The purchasing companies that were in this business reunions were:
- BorgWarner, Michelin, RSB, DIPROPOL, DTR, Hirotec Mexico, Stant, TKR, Vest, Toyota, Solimaq, UTZ, ZKW, Cluster de Electrodomesticos, Luveka Plastics, Mexico Sourcing, COPLAINSA, Metagra Group and SILCEB.
Among the products sought by the purchasing companies were supplies like:
- Protection equipment, cleansing, plastic scrap, cardboard gaskets, Wood and thermal-forms, process chemicals, industrial safety, environmental services, maintenance of premises, foundry, steel and brass bars, metalmechanics, replacement parts, molding, ironwork, paint, glass, screws, textile, buttons, machinery, among other.
As an addition to the exhibition DIVEX had a program of conferences and workshops:
- “Development of suppliers” by Luis Manuel Hernandez, National President of DIVEX
- “Where B2B is heading, challenges and marketplaces. Entrepreneurial opportunitiesg” by Felipe Servin, founder of Vendora and Yoamomedia
- Conference “Leading innovation”, by Susana Oliva founder of Gigfoot
- Workshop of Development of suppliers by German Dominguez of Mexico Sourcing that represents many national and international brands
A commitment
As DIVEX ocurred APIMEX and INDEX had the signing of the agreement where they confirmed their commitment to collaborate to promote and develop exports by Mexican supplying companies.
