The Governor of Guanajuato Diego Sinhue Rodríguez Vallejo, insisted in his commitment and willingness to keep open the channels of dialogue and joint work with the Legislative Power for the benefit of Guanajuato.
At the installation and opening session of the First Ordinary Period of Sessions of the Second Year of Constitutional Exercise of the LXV Legislature of the State Congress, the Governor said that dialogue is the way to build consensus and agreements that benefit Guanajuatenses.
“A dialogue that helps us find coincidences and solve differences in the fulfillment of our constitutional functions”, said Rodriguez Vallejo.
“There is no other path than that of dialogue, respect and agreements, if what we seek is that the best interests of citizens and the benefit for families prevail,” said the Governor.
The Governor thanked for the opportunity to participate in this solemn session, in the legislative house that represents the plurality of our state. “A venue and a platform where there is debate, dialogue and agreements. Where the diverse voices that enrich our democracy are represented”.
Rodríguez Vallejo said that “we are a government constitutionally divided into three Powers, each with clearly defined powers and responsibilities. Spaces like this allow us to share the concerns and objectives that we have as public powers, in order to work to achieve them.
“We are going to continue working to have a better Guanajuato,” said the legislator Martin Lopez Camacho, the President of the Board of Directors of the Legislature for this period, who thanked the State Governor for his openness and willingness to maintain dialogue with the Legislative Branch for the benefit of Guanajuatenses.
