The Secretary of Public Security of the State Alvar Cabeza de Vaca Appendini and the Attorney General of the State Carlos Zamarripa Aguirre, held a working meeting with Mayor of Irapuato Lorena Alfaro García.
In this meeting between the state heads of the Public Security and Justice Prosecution institutions, with the mayor of Irapuato, the Secretary of Citizen Security Ricardo Benavides Hernández of that Municipality also participated, accompanying the Mayor.
In the meeting it was agreed to continue promoting the strengthening of inter-institutional coordination of the three levels of Government in the tasks of public security and law enforcement with the authorities of Irapuato, as with all other municipalities, with the purpose of combating impunity and crime.
The Government of Guanajuato, through the Secretary of Public Security of the State, endorses its absolute commitment to society to continue building better conditions for peace and tranquility, it was announced in the reunion.
