Students compete in the 1st. Entrepreneurs Summit with high schools from all of Guanajuato

The College of Technical Professional Education of the State of Guanajuato CONALEP partyicipated with great success in the 1st. Higher Secondary Education Entrepreneurs Summit 2023, organized by the State Commission for Planning and Programming of Higher Secondary Education –CEPPEMS-.
Three entrepreneurial projects presented by students from different CONALEP Guanajuato schools were awarded places of honor in this competition.
The event, which brought together talented students from all of Guanajuato, was held at the National Polytechnic Institute Campus Guanajuato, and gave young entrepreneurs the opportunity to demonstrate their talent and creativity in a variety of categories related to innovation, technology, sustainability and the environment.
Campus Celaya won 1st. Place in the Sustainability and Environment category, the “Technology and Innovation in Biomass”.
The Cortazar Team won 3rd place in the same category with the project “Water Leak Sensor and Detector” -FSBJ-.
The San Felipe Campus won the 3rd. Place in the Social Innovation category with “CosmeNat”.
These notable achievements in the 1st. EMS Entrepreneurs Summit reflects the effort, creativity and commitment of CONALEP students and teachers in the training of future leaders and entrepreneurs.
The General Director of CONALEP Guanajuato and current President of CEPPEMS, Nicolas Gutierrez Ortega congratulated the participating and winning teams, and encouraged them to continue developing innovative projects.
“Congratulations young people, you are going one step forward, you are leaving good things for the next generations, you are innovating, you are changing yourself, your families and the community that you represent, I am very happy to witness these initiatives that you are promoting, continue on that path,” said Gutierrez.
CONALEP Guanajuato is a leading Higher Secondary Education institution in technical training, robotics and electromobility, it offers the Bachelor’s Technical Professional modality with 29 majors in 16 schools in Guanajuato.
