Mazda is supporting CONALEP student training with a CX-30 vehicle promoted through education and cultural exchange

With the aim of strengthening the cultural, education and collaborative ties that unite Japan with Guanajuato, the CONALEP Irapuato campus celebrated Japan Day, an event in which more than 600 students had the opportunity to learn about and experience firsthand the historical and cultural richness of Japan.
The day included the participation of the Consulate of Japan in Leon, the Amigo Kai Association, Mazda of Mexico, scholarship recipients from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) program, and the Japanese Education Institute of Irapuato, which shared with the education community exhibitions of calendars and legends, gastronomic workshops, traditional clothing workshops, and origami workshops, as well as symposia and various cultural activities.
As part of this celebration, Mazda of Mexico delivered a Mazda CX-30 vehicle, which will be used in the professional practices of the students of the Automotive Industry major at the CONALEP Irapuato campus.
This support will allow students to strengthen their learning through direct contact with current automotive technology, developing skills in diagnosis, maintenance and operation of systems, which contributes to a more relevant technical training aligned with the needs of the industry.
The vehicle was delivered by Yoshikazu Nagai, Executive Vice President of Mazda Mexico, and received by Nicolas Gutierrez Ortega, Director General of CONALEP Guanajuato.
With this type of initiative, CONALEP Guanajuato reaffirms its commitment to promote quality technical education, with an international vision and in close connection with the productive sector, while strengthening the relationship of friendship and cooperation between Japan and Guanajuato.
