An expert in international business gives a course on reforms and strategies

COFOCE presented the course of “Reforms and Stategies for your Foreign Trade 2022”; the course was offered by Doctor Eduardo Reyes Diaz Leal, who spoke on updates and strategies in international business so that those present can apply what they learned.

The course covered these topics:

Fiscal Reform, Legal Reforms that affect Foreign Trade, New Electronic Controls of SAT and the Implementation of the National Customs Agency of Mexico (ANAM). More than 30 people were in the course held at the G100 Building.

Eduardo Reyes Diaz Leal is an Associate Director of the Consultors and Lawyers International Bufete, they are specialized in international business, foreign trade and customs. Diaz Leal also is the principal of the Business School of the Global Business University, both institutions are part of the Grupo Bufete Internacional Mexico. Besides, Díaz Leal is a world class speaker, he has offered conferences and courses in different public and private forums.

A strategic activity

“International trade… is strategic because we must go through many norms in foreign trade, fiscal norms and tax norms. If we just think that international trade is functional we can go into many errors and in this world errors cost; they cost in the embargo of merchandise, credit, suspension, suspension of rights, certification of taxes and even jail. I think we can not take lightly something that is so important like international trade”, said Doctor Eduardo Reyes about the topics of the course.

Diaz Leal said that it is very important to know the fiscal norms in Mexico but also the norms of other countries where you want to sell or buy products since we are talking here about two economies with different norms.
