Guanajuato consolidates its industrial leadership with 21 projects and $2.34 billion in recent investments
TYW Manufacturing will invest $50 million and create 1,000 jobs in Irapuato

With an investment of $50 million and the creation of 1,000 direct jobs, the Chinese-owned company TYW Manufacturing Mexico, dedicated to the production of electronic instrument panels for automobiles, was inaugurated yesterday.
Under the leadership of Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo, the Government of the People of Guanajuato reaffirms its commitment as a reliable destination for investment and technological development, driving prosperity for the people of Guanajuato.
Claudia Cristina Villasenor Aguilar, head of the Secretary of Economy, emphasized that the economic policy for prosperity attracts targeted, complementary, and sustainable investments to diversify the industrial ecosystem and generate quality jobs.
“TYW’s arrival diversifies and complements Guanajuato’s industrial offering, boosts new sectors with technological content, and aligns with these targeted, complementary, responsible, and, above all, sustainable investments,” said Villasenor.
TYW Manufacturing will combine advanced technology and highly specialized talent to produce automotive dashboards for markets such as Korea and the United States, for the Kia and Stellantis brands.
During this State administration, 21 projects have been completed, with an investment of $2.34 billion and the creation of more than 6,500 jobs in various municipalities and sectors.
With the arrival of this company, China consolidates its position as a strategic partner for Guanajuato, adding 11 Chinese companies that generate more than 6,900 jobs and investments totaling more than $960 million in Irapuato, Leon, and Silao.
Villasenor Aguilar thanked the company for trusting and reiterated that Guanajuato guarantees legal certainty for projects already established or underway. The People’s Government, through the Secretary of Economy, strengthens ecosystems of prosperity with innovation and global positioning.
