Certainty and legal security is provided to patrimony of Leoneses

With the Regularization Program of the State Government and the Municipal Housing Institute of Leon, 350 deeds were delivered

“With the “Papelito Habla” Program, the Government of Guanajuato in coordination with the municipalities provides certainty and legal security to the property of Guanajuatense families”, said the Secretary of Government Jesus Oviedo Herrera as he led with Mayor of Leon, Alejandra Gutierrez Campos, the delivery of 350 deeds.

Of the deeds handed over 200 are for families who live in settlements regularized by expropriation with the collaboration of the State Government through the General Directorate of Land Tenure and 150 that the Municipal Housing Institute of Leon specified with its regularization programs.

“One of the most important things for our families is that we have a property and that we are able to inherit through a deed that brings closer the State and Municipal programs”, said Oviedo.

The State Government operated the deed of properties and homes of the boroughs:

• Buenaventura, Paseo de Los Laureles, Brisas del Vergel, Valle de Las Toronjas, Esperanza de Alfaro, Piletas IV, Loma de la Canada and Nueva Ermita

The Municipal Housing Institute of Leon, with its regularization program, benefited the neighborhoods:

• Villas de San Juan II Section, Cuesta del Rocio, Haciendas de Ibarrilla II, Santa Magdalena, Huertas de Medina II, Valles de Mexico and Villas del Campo

“I want to congratulate each and every one of you, today you have the legal certainty that you have a property and that you can do what you please with that property, you can now say with this document that you are the owner”, said Oviedo.

The Official recognized the coordinated work of the General Direction of Land Tenure of the Secretary of Government and the Municipal Institute of Leon, to bring these deed delivery programs to more families. Also, Oviedo noted the participation of the College of Notaries Public and Valuers, since with their great social responsibility towards the people of Guanajuato they collaborate so that owners have access to their deeds at a low cost.
