Guanajuato/Gto News
The Gto Health System informs the basification of 2 thousand 855 health professionals from the 46 municipalities of Guanajuato.
Dr. Daniel Diaz Martinez, Secretary of Health, highlighted that Governor Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo intervened in a timely manner so that these regularizations were possible and to continue with the regularization process.
Rodriguez Vallejo is the Governor that has regularized the most health personnel in this six-year term, which is why Guanajuato will now have a total of more than 20,000 regularized professionals of all profiles.
The Governor highlighted that only in the pandemic, 1,500 new elements were hired to reinforce health emergency care and that they came to strengthen the Guanajuato Health System; however, this regularization process will be based on seniority, that is, whoever has worked for the institution for the most years.
The head of the Gto Health System said that 245 million 868 thousand 451 pesos were authorized to regularize the 2 thousand 855 as of June 1 of this year; and these will be from all medical profiles.
With the purpose of following labor justice and equity and with full respect for the Human Rights of health workers, Dr. Daniel Diaz explained that this is an advance to continue offering labor certainty to health workers in Guanajuato.
These 2 thousand 855 basifications are possible abiding to the Financial Discipline Law and they are the base ceiling that this year the Gto Health System is empowered to exercise with that resource.
Of the 24,000 workers that the Gto Health System has, 18,000 health professionals have a job base, and now with this new stage of regularization, more than 20,000 workers will be based within the State Health Secretary.
