The Governor of Guanajuato noted the importance of the union between producers and the State Government to reactivate the economy
Coparmex has a new Council in Irapuato, and Antonio Rivera heads the organism

“Today we are living one of the greatest economic and health crisis of the last one hundred years. In Guanajuato we have taken decisions based in protecting the health and the jobs of the families of Guanajuatenses. With the effort of producers we have recovered many jobs that were lost”, said Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo, Governor of Guanajuato.
Making Guanajuato great
Rodriguez Vallejo witnessed as the new members of the Directive Council of the COPARMEX –Employers Confederation- in Irapuato started their functions.
The Governor said that entrepreneurs have made great and successful Irapuato and Guanajuato, and that it is important to confirm the commitment of the State Government with entrepreneurs.
Companies reinvented
Rodriguez Vallejo said that against the Covid 19 pandemic the MiPyMes have been reinvented with the digital trade, and that has made posible the union between producers and the State Government to reactivate the economy and he noted the need to maintain innovation in trade in Guanajuato.

Jose Medina Mora, the national president of COPARMEX, was in the event that includes 140 companies from Irapuato and Salamanca.
Antonio Rivera Garcia, the new president of COPARMEX Irapuato thanked the State Government for the support and said that the joint actions will continue to preserve the economy in the region and in all of Guanajuato.}
More actions
Rivera said that COPARMEX is working with the University of Berlin, Germany, in a program called “Innovate”, which is an investigation to find strengths and weaknesses of companies in Mexico, and more important in the Bajio region, the investigation is oriented to producers of Guanajuato with more than 30 employees.
Rivera also said that with the Municipal Economic Development Direction and the University of the Incarnate Word, soon a platform will be set up to train entrepreneurs, and its focus will be on processes, tax and labor matters, marketing and other entrepreneurial topics.
Citizens’ participation
Jose Medina Mora said that citizen’s participation is important to preserve democracy, and if the three levels of government work together we will have a country that offers opportunities for all.
