Guanajuato and INAI sign a transparency agreement with open Contracts
San Miguel de Allende signs the Declaration as an Open Municipality

During the 2nd Ordinary Session of the West-Center Region of the National Transparency System –SNT-, the Institute of Access to Public Information -IACIP- and the National Institute of Acces to Information –INAI- signed an agreement of Open Contracts for the State of Guanajuato and the municipality of San Miguel de Allende signed a declaration as an Open Municipality.
A honorary witness
Governor of Guanajuato, Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo, signed as a Honorary Witness in both agreements.
“For Guanajuato transparency and access to information are important and that would not have been posible without strengthening the institutions that have made possible the rule of law and in Mexico we must join our effort to save these institutions.
Society and Government working together
“In Guanajuato there is a sum of good will by society and Government. Here you can see the greatness of Guanajuato”, said Maria de los Angeles Ducoing Valdepeña, the President Commissioner of the Institute of Access to Public Information
The trust of citizens
“Citizens and Government count with better tools of information, that makes of us reponsible actors of public expenses, this site of open contracts will let us evolve as a socially responsible institution, as an answer to the trust of citizens and promoting Government integrity in the State of Guanajuato”, said the Commissioner.
