The Secretary of Health of Guanajuato reaffirms its commitment to timely and quality care in medical emergencies in Hospitals and Health Centers.
The Secretary of Health, Gabriel Cortes Alcala, highlighted the capacity for immediate and effective response and attention to emergencies, which is why they work constantly to ensure that every patient receives care without delay in all the institution’s medical units, as this is one of the most critical points for any health system.

Cortes said that it is of utmost importance to have medications available in a timely manner when the person requires them, particularly in catastrophic illnesses such as cancer or chronic diseases such as diabetes or hypertension.
The People’s Government works effectively with the private sector to ensure timely administration of medications, while also optimizing the resources available to the State.
