“In Guanajuato we have a clear and decisive strategy: we are working hand in hand with the National Guard, we are working head-on against criminal groups, we have the governor’s instruction not to let our guard down,” said the Chief Commissioner of the State Highway Police.
General Homero Edmundo Blanco thanked Guanajuato for all the support that has been provided in terms of highway surveillance and acknowledged all the effort and work that has been done for the benefit of the people of Guanajuato.
