More than 300 merchants were trained in digital tools to strengthen their competitiveness

300 Guanajuatense merchants strengthened their businesses at the “Digital Villages of Commerce” seminar, where they received tools to modernize, improve customer service and increase their competitiveness, which boosts their sales and benefits families and local employment.
Governor Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo’s economic policy is geared towards strengthening the productive ecosystem and creating conditions for prosperity. The People’s Government reaffirms its commitment to provide comprehensive support to Guanajuatenses business community.
The priority of the current State administration, through the Secretary of Economy led by Claudia Cristina Villasenor Aguilar, is to provide the necessary tools to increase competitiveness in an increasingly globalized and digital market.
The Business Training Seminar “Digital Villages of Commerce… Commerce in a digital world” was held, a pioneering event within the strategies of the My Store at 100 program.
The acting head of the Undersecretary for the Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), Raul Fabricio Ibarra Rocha, noted that the program is a concrete response for businesses, from their start or consolidation, to adopt the best digital and financial practices.
Ibarra said that by strengthening each economic unit, popular commerce is revitalized and a fairer and more equitable state development is fostered, with equal opportunities.
The People’s Government, through the Secretary of Economy, is convinced that local businesses are the engine of the Guanajuatense economy and, therefore, implements government measures focused on their sustainable growth.
