Job Links bring together companies and job seekers in one place
Irapuato/Gto News
The “Labor Links” program of the Secretary of Economy achieved more than 2,940 job placements in 2025, through 22 events in which more than 700 companies participated.

Guanajuato’s economic policy, led by Governor Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo in coordination with the Secretaries of Women and Human Rights, emphasizes labor inclusion for vulnerable groups:
- Women through “Aliadas”, returned migrants under “MigranTeQuiero”, and inclusion for people with disabilities, sexual diversity, older adults, youth and the general public

The Secretary of Economy, Claudia Cristina Villasenor Aguilar, noted that this strategy reduces social gaps and benefits companies with efficient recruitment by accelerating prospecting and hiring processes, as well as follow-up for talent retention.
In 2025, Labor Links were carried out in municipalities like:
- Apaseo el Grande, Celaya, Cortazar, Guanajuato, Irapuato, Leon, Purisima del Rincon, Romita, San Felipe, San Francisco del Rincon, Silao and Valle de Santiago

Job Links brings together companies and job seekers in one place, allowing direct contact, CV submission, immediate interviews, and accelerated selection processes that respond to the demands of different sectors.
This way, structural barriers are eliminated, gender equality is promoted, and social peace is built through formal, dignified, and well-paid jobs that boost the State’s prosperity and economy.

Additionally, the Coneecta digital platform (coneecta.guanajuato.gob.mx), which offers 24/7 intelligent compatibility with geolocation and personalized alerts, positions Guanajuato as a national model in innovative employment policies.
