With discounts every day of the week, ISSEG Pharmacies strengthens access to health with prices that protect the economy of families
“ISSEG Farmacias” offers secure shopping, digital payments and fast shipping, part of the People’s Government modernization strategy

In a new broadcast of the program Connecting with the People, the Governor of Guanajuato, Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo, presented the new mobile application of Farmacias ISSEG, a digital tool that brings medicines, health products and everyday items closer to families, with permanent promotions and direct home delivery.
The Governor highlighted that this application is part of the modernization and continuous improvement strategy of the Guanajuato State Social Security Institute, to make access possible to health products with competitive prices, trust and financial security, especially during this holiday season.
“We want you to visit us, to continue seeing for yourselves that ISSEG Pharmacies have the best prices. We are constantly striving to lower prices, to offer quality service, and above all, to provide friendly service,” said the Governor.
The new app, available for free as “ISSEG Farmacias” for iOS and Android devices, allows you to make online purchases quickly and easily, check product availability, locate the nearest pharmacy, access exclusive promotions, and receive orders in less than 90 minutes in participating municipalities.
“The application is practically available throughout the Republic, but the home delivery service is only available in 28 municipalities,” emphasized Judith Juarez, General Director of ISSEG.
Promotions and discounts every day
In the broadcast, it was noted that ISSEG Pharmacies maintains weekly discount campaigns, designed to meet different health needs:
- Derma Monday: dermatological products with preferential prices
- Generic Tuesdays: discounts on a wide range of medications
- Wednesdays and Thursdays of Specialties: benefits on highly specialized medications and for chronic-degenerative conditions
- Vitamin and Holistic Health Fridays: products to strengthen the immune system
- Pink Weekends: discounts on products aimed at women, with additional benefits when presenting the Pink Card
These promotions are part of ISSEG’s commitment to maintaining “prices that take care of you,” prioritizing the well-being and economy of Guanajuatense families.
The digital platform and app allow users to create a personal account, save favorites, track orders, choose multiple delivery addresses, and make secure payments. Payment options include cash on delivery, credit or debit card, and in-platform digital payments.
Currently, the app-based ordering service is available in 28 municipalities in Guanajuato, as well as La Piedad, Michoacan, and Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco, strengthening the coverage and proximity of Farmacias ISSEG with the people.
It was also emphasized that ISSEG not only provides commercial services but also plays a fundamental role in the social security of State employees, as well as retirees and pensioners. As part of this commitment, activities and training are promoted at Senior Citizen Centers and online, providing access to digital tools and knowledge in technology, online shopping, and cybersecurity.
The Governor invited citizens to download the ISSEG Pharmacies APP and take advantage of daily promotions.
