Eduardo Morales Muñiz, a chemical engineer by training, found in the State Institute of Training (IECA) the opportunity to transform his knowledge into a successful project.
Through the Dairy Transformation course, Eduardo strengthened the foundations of his business Valle Láctico, a brand of artisanal production of yogurt with high quality standards.
“I found IECA through a social media post, and the course aligned perfectly with what I was about to start,” she recalls. “I was able to take it virtually, which allowed me to move forward with my business while I was training,” said Eduardo.
During his training, Eduardo acquired key knowledge about production processes: “The IECA course helped me improve my practices from the reception of raw materials, pasteurization and care in each phase of yogurt production.”
Today, Valle Láctico is an example of how training promotes young talent in Guanajuato and generates opportunities to undertake projects with quality, innovation and a vision for the future.
Thanks to IECA , Guanajuato residents can learn with 80% practice and 20% theory, in face-to-face or online modalities that adapt to their needs.
“Persistence changed my life. I am an IECA talent,” said Eduardo who shows that with learning, passion, and commitment, dreams can be transformed into real opportunities.
