The financing group of the Government of the People opened its service modules in Victoria, Santa Catarina and Tierra Blanca, to bring financing and growth opportunities to Guanajuatenses of this zone

In an effort to bring the Government closer to the people and foster local economic development, the Tu Puedes Guanajuato module was launched in three municipalities in the northeast of the State:
- Victoria, Santa Catarina, and Tierra Blanca
Ivon Padilla Hernandez said that this initiative, promoted by Governor Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo, reflects her firm belief that with this New Beginning, more Guanajuatense entrepreneurs will achieve their dreams and aspirations through affordable credit.
“This is a financial institution where everyone fits in. Where there are no limits for those who want to start a business or those who already have a business and want to continue growing,” said Ivon.
“Many times, Governor Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo, during her walks through the streets of the municipalities she visited, heard from people that they were finding it difficult to get ahead with their businesses because they lacked liquidity, they lacked money. You are hard-working people, but you had previously faced limitations with certain traditional banking institutions,” said Padilla.
Ivon said that the door is open to accessible loans that can help start a small business or strengthen an existing one. This inauguration brings the total to more than 35 modules in different cities across Guanajuato.
More than a service module, Tu Puedes Guanajuato represents a call to action: to trust, to dare, to move forward.
“For several months now, our intention has been to offer you both programs for productive projects and the management of the Tu Puedes Guanajuato Financial and Support Fund so that each of you can see the sector you can enter and benefit from the Financial Fund, which offers excellent service,” said Rogelio Moya Cabrera, Mayor of Santa Catarina.
“Above all, the People’s Government is now bringing these modules, these offices where people can carry out the necessary procedures in the municipality of Tierra Blanca for all merchants, for all those people who need that push, and today it’s already a reality, and we have it here, in our city,” said Romulo Garcia Cabrera, Mayor of Tierra Blanca.
“When the Mayor was offered the possibility of signing this agreement… there was no hesitation. Because we knew from the start that it’s an alternative to strengthen the economic chain in our municipality. It was impossible not to join in,” said Artemio Casas Gonzalez, Secretary of the Victoria City Council.
