With an investment of 500 million pesos, which will lead to the creation of more than 1,000 direct jobs, the cornerstone of the PANAN III Cluster was laid.

The People’s Government, led by Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo, promotes economic development and job creation by supporting industrial developers who will boost the State’s economic infrastructure.

On behalf of the Secretary of Economy, Claudia Cristina Villasenor Aguilar, the Undersecretary of Investment Attraction, Alejandro Hernandez Fonseca, emphasized that this industrial park, the third that the ESFO Development Group has built in Guanajuato, consolidates the State’s position as the fifth most important economy in the country.
“This cluster will strengthen the industrial real estate offer in Silao and Guanajuato. An investment like this has a multiplier effect because it will trigger the growth of logistics, cleaning, transportation, and food service companies, and these parks are complementary to the other large ones,” said Hernandez.

The new cluster will cover 17 hectares and will join the 47 industrial parks already operating in 17 municipalities, which cover a total area of more than 7,100 hectares, of which 3,650 are available for new projects.
This development reinforces the certainty and competitiveness that Guanajuato offers investors, positioning the State in a strategic location to capitalize on nearshoring opportunities.

Productive infrastructure is a key competitive advantage for Guanajuato. Thanks to this advantage, 34 projects worth more than $2.95 billion have been consolidated, with the commitment to generate more than 8,400 jobs during the current State Administration.

The ESFO Development Group is a Mexican company with two other parks in the industrial corridor. The expansion with PANAN III in Silao reflects the private sector’s trust and commitment to the State’s growth.
The People’s Government, through the Secretary of Economy, reaffirms that Guanajuato continues to consolidate itself as an attractive and reliable destination for new investments.
