With the participation of 40 local companies, Supplier Day with Aztema consolidated new opportunities in strategic sectors for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Guanajuato.
Under the leadership of Governor Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo, the integration of local businesses into the value chain of companies already established or in the process of establishing themselves in Guanajuato is being promoted.
The head of the Secretary of Economy, Claudia Cristina Villasenor Aguilar, emphasized that the program Supplier Days, started from the Industrial Connection strategy, is part of the People’s Government’s State Plan, which aims to link large investments with regional talent and productive capacity.
At this business meeting, Aztema opened up opportunities for suppliers of:

With an investment of $400 million and the creation of 1,400 jobs, Aztema, located in the Marabis Castro del Rio industrial park in Irapuato, will produce 6 million car tires and 1.5 million truck tires annually.
Investments in Guanajuato are targeted, complementary, and sustainable, seeking to strengthen the various productive sectors to balance and diversify the domestic economy. This policy promotes job creation, scaling, and productive linkages, opening new markets and businesses for local companies.
With this fourth Supplier Day, following meetings with Topsun, Pasubio, and Mazda, more than 210 companies have participated, consolidating the Prosperity Ecosystems for the benefit of Guanajuatense families.
With this, the People’s Government, through the Secretary of Economy, affirms that it strengthens regional economic development and reaffirms Guanajuato as an attractive hub for investment and industrial growth.
