420 exhibitors participated from July 19 to August 3, the People’s Pavilion surpasses 23 million pesos in sales

The more than 420 producers with the Marca Guanajuato emblem who participated in the People’s Pavilion achieved sales exceeding 23 million pesos at the Vive Leon Summer Festival 2025.

This initiative, supported by the People’s Government, led by Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo, strengthens support for local business owners and entrepreneurs, opening new marketing channels to promote products made in Guanajuato.

Claudia Cristina Villasenor Aguilar, head of the Secretary of Economy, emphasized the importance of consuming local products as an engine for strengthening the State’s economy.

Villasenor emphasized that the Pavilion has become the most important commercial showcase for Guanajuatense products, reflecting their quality, variety, design, and fair prices, all thanks to Guanajuatense talent.

Participants included companies from diverse sectors, including:

  • Agrofood, handicrafts in their many forms, leather and footwear, supplies, textiles and fashion, cosmetics, agave distillates, mezcal, tequila, and craft beer, among other

The People’s Pavilion occupied 320 stands distributed across various spaces in the Leon MX District, Hall B100 and Parteluces of the Leon Poliforum, as well as on the Guanajuato Esplanade.

With more than 100 participating units, there was:

  • A point of sale for Marca Guanajuato products
  • One more specialized point of sale for wines, mezcals, tequilas, and craft beer
  • An area dedicated to the Asturiano/Alamano convenience store
  • The Panoteca

Consuming Guanajuato products not only strengthens the local economy but also creates jobs, improves families’ quality of life, and contributes to peace and social security. Under the slogan “If it’s a Guanajuato Brand, it is good,” the commitment is reaffirmed with excellence to what is produced in the State.

In its tenth anniversary, Marca Guanajuato consolidates its impact with more than 7,000 economic units recognized with its emblem. For 2025, the People’s Government, through the Secretary of Economy, presented Marca Guanajuato 2.0, a strategy that promotes inclusion, social equality, and environmental sustainability, with the goal of consolidating sustainable businesses.

This initiative reinforces the vision of a modern, sustainable, and fair Guanajuato for all its inhabitants, reaffirming its premise:

  • “If it’s made in Guanajuato, you’ll definitely take it home.”
