With the Papelito Habla! program, 86 families in Irapuato received their deeds

In Irapuato 121 families have the opportunity to start a new business, and 86 more received legal certainty regarding their ownership from the Governor of the People, Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo.
“I see many women and men here who are receiving this support, both in the form of deeds and equipment for their businesses, and I am sure that the greatest motivation that moved us to request this support is our families, our daughters and sons”, said Libia.
Through the My Business Forward program, productive equipment was provided to 121 entrepreneurs from 15 municipalities in the State, in sectors such as food, herbal medicine, alternative medicine, artisanal cosmetics, beekeeping, and artisanal distillates.
This State investment for more than 3.4 million pesos, aims to ensure the start-up and consolidation of small businesses that promote decent employment, local development, and improved living conditions for beneficiaries.
Through the Papelito Habla program, 86 public property deeds were delivered, directly benefiting 335 people. These deeds represent more than just a document, they are the legal recognition of family assets, allowing access to basic services, loans for home improvements, and legal certainty regarding their place of residence.
“When we talk about the deed program, I’m sure what motivates us to have everything in order is to leave something for our family, for our children, not to inherit a problem, but to leave the certainty that what we worked for, what we strived for, today it has a piece of paper that guarantees that, if we ever pass away, that will be a property for our daughters and sons, and that is something that characterizes the people of Guanajuato,” the State Governor emphasized.
The properties, which were regularized last December and received their deeds now, are located in various neighborhoods of Irapuato, such as El Vergel, Las Americas, Emiliano Zapata, Salinas de Gortari, Brisas del Rio, among other.
