Following the instructions of governor, Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo, the Secretary of Public Works -SOP-, will be an allied agency of constructors of Guanajuato, with whom it will work as a team to strengthen this industry, generate jobs and ensure the construction of quality works that generate a real positive impact for the people.
This was stated by the Secretary of Public Works, Juan Pablo Perez Beltran, during the Joint Commission that was held by SOP and the Mexican Chamber of the Construction Industry of Guanajuato -CMIC-, led by Raul Silva Avila, who, on behalf of the business organization, expressed to Perez Beltran and his work team, all his trust and support so that this six-year term is very successful.
“It is a new stage, a new beginning, according to the words of our Governor, in that sense I want to tell you that you have the Secretary of Public Works, with all the support to create an important synergy, for the development of Guanajuato, for the development of the municipalities, of our own families, you have a server to listen to all your proposals, all the suggestions, and all the complaints,” said the head of the SOP.
In the meeting, it was agreed to continue holding working groups through different subcommittees to study and generate improvement policies in areas such as:
- Building and educational infrastructure, road infrastructure, mobility, costs and the environment, as well as regulations and administrative processes
In this last area, the Public Works Secretary will soon generate a workshop called “Estimation and Administrative Closure” to train the administrative areas of companies to avoid making mistakes that sometimes lead to delays in payments for the work already made.
