We are going to make a facilitating government for our entrepreneurs, just as our Decalogue says: we want fewer windows and more citizenship, that translates into making the procedures and services much simpler.
This was stated by the Governor of Guanajuato, Libia Dennise García Muñoz Ledo, when inaugurating FOROGO 2024, in which more than 1,500 participants are expected over two days at the Poliforum León.
“We are very excited to be at another edition of FOROGO, an event that has established itself as a leading event in Guanajuato, where businessmen, entrepreneurs and leaders from different fields come together,” said the State Governor.
Libia Dennise highlighted that this forum is a window of development for the people of Guanajuato and for those who visit us from different states of the country.
Today, Guanajuato is positioned as a world leader in placing more Guanajuato products on the international market. An event like this allows us to come and tell you that this Administration puts emphasis on people, and therefore, we seek to promote more success stories of Guanajuato men and women, working as a team between society and government, said the Governor.
Libia Dennise noted that she will decisively promote “ecosystems of prosperity, which involve not only highlighting the products, but also the stories of those who have made them with their own hands.”
“I am excited to inaugurate this forum, here dreams will be born that will become reality. This Government of the People welcomes them with open arms, and we are going to work for what matters, the people of Guanajuato,” said the Governor.
COFOCE General Director Luis Ernesto Rojas Ávila said that this forum has become a national reference point, which aims to promote micro, small and medium-sized Guanajuato entrepreneurs who export their products.
Avila recalled that FOROGO was created as an initiative to strengthen the internationalization of Guanajuato companies, promoting the development of export strategies and facilitating access to foreign markets.
The 2024 edition of FOROGO is focused on digital transformation and global competitiveness and also in topics like digital commerce, innovation, technological transformation and sustainability.
