Governor of Guanajuato inaugurated the 3rd stage of paving of Northeast Street, in La Tapona community

On the third day of the work tour through the northeast of Guanajuato, Governor, Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo, delivered the 3rd stage of the paving of Northeast Street, in the La Tapona community; In addition, streets were paved in the communities of Carricillo, Aldama and the municipal seat of Atarjea.

“We continue with this work tour through the northeast, so it is a pleasure to be in Atarjea, delivering works and actions, like this road that was made with paving and hydraulic concrete footprint,” said the Governor.

The work benefits more than 300 inhabitants of the La Tapona community.

Gloria and Flores streets, in Carricillo, were also paved. As well as Zaragoza street in the City, and the Main street of Ex Hacienda de Charcas, in addition to the street to the Church in Aldama.

Electrification expansions were also carried out and toilets with biodigesters were built in various communities.

All these actions add up to an investment of 34.3 million pesos, of which 27.4 million were contributed by the State and 6.9 million were municipal resources.

This year, with an investment of 2.1 million pesos of the State and the Municipality, El Cerrito-Pilon-Pinonal street in El Carricillo will be paved.

Also, the construction of tanks and distribution network is being done in the town of Piedra Gorda, with an investment of 1.7 million pesos of the three levels of government.

Rodriguez Vallejo noted that through the Red Movil-Health and Community Wellbeing Programs of the State DIF, this day a 50-liter essential oil distiller with a grill and a water cooler was delivered to members of the Mentefactura Community Node of the town Ex Hacienda Charcas.

Also 11 packages of dual-purpose birds were delivered; 16 packages of aromatic plants; 8 garden seed kits with 14 species; and 3 trainings.

Seven Community Brigade first aid kits were also delivered to the community volunteer committees of the towns of La Tapona, La Aldama, Ex Hacienda de Charcas, La Lagunita, El Durazno, La Joya and Mangas Cuatas.

“We are going to continue promoting more works and actions in the remainder of our Administration to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of the northeast of Guanajuato”, said Rodriguez Vallejo.
