Collaboration for youth is ratified

JuventudEsGTO and Royal Roads University reinforce a collaboration that seeks to promote leadership of young Guanajuatenses, through an international experience in Canada

The program provides tools and knowledge so that the young can face the challenges of the present and build a sustainable future

JuventudEsGTO, and Royal Roads University, reaffirmed their commitment to the development of youth leadership in Guanajuato, by ratifying the collaboration agreement to promote the Export Talents program.

“We want our youth to learn what is being done in the world and return to adopt it in Guanajuato, so that we can learn good practices, but also so that the good practices that are enforced in Guanajuato can be learned and enjoyed abroad; we are a State and a large country, full of creative, entrepreneurial people, we have innovated in many ways and we are focused on doing interesting things,” said Stephanie Araceli Reyes Marquez, general director of JuventudEsGTO.

It was in 2022 that JuventudEsGTO and Royal Roads University participated for the first time in the signing of an agreement, to promote the development of young people from Guanajuato through leadership programs with “Export Talents”, which consists of an experience in Canada.

This program offers Guanajuatense students scholarships ranging from 50% to 70% in the cost of tuition, thus opening the doors to a world-class educational experience for talented young people from Guanajuato.

Additionally, at the conclusion of the signing ceremony, the president of Royal Roads University, Phillip Steenkamp, ​​led a discussion with young people in which topics such as social leadership focused on sustainability and climate change were addressed.

The ratification of the agreement and the holding of the discussion for leaders reaffirm the commitment of JuventudEsGTO and Royal Roads University with the comprehensive development of young Guanajuatenses by promoting social leadership and training in sustainability, both institutions seek to contribute to the construction of a more prosperous and sustainable future for Guanajuato.
