The Fox Center and the State Training Institute -IECA- formalized an agreement that allows training and specialization to be brought closer to the inhabitants of 19 communities, companies, students and the general public near San Cristobal, La Sandia, La Muralla, Jesus del Monte and Los Ramirez, among other.

To achieve this goal, an IECA headquarters was established in the Fox Center facilities, to offer training on topics ranging from charro hat decoration, manufacturing belts and wallets; and later to be able to develop skills and abilities in beauty, dressmaking, computing, leather goods, basic English and crafts.

“The IECA is an organization that offers training for life, because you can learn practical things in a week, in a few months to probably go out and double your salary or income. Let’s not the goal which is the purpose for communities to begin to escape poverty,” said former president of Mexico, Vicente Fox Quesada.

The President of the Fox Center also considered that the IECA is in charge of training leaders who will transform the education and business issue, since this agreement also contemplates these two sectors, where they can position themselves with better conditions of competition in the market.

Juan Carlos Lopez Rodriguez, General Director of the IECA, highlighted the spirit of cooperation with the Fox Center to encourage young people, companies and community residents to explore new training experiences and strengthen their skills to have better job opportunities.

Lopez Rodriguez said that it is intended to carry out 20 training sessions with a duration of 24 to 30 hours, of which 14 will be for communities and the rest for companies in the region in the mostly agro-industrial sector. While for the education sector it is intended to address issues in soft skills, self-esteem, leadership and human training.

We know that young people, said Lopez, go through a very important training phase, which over time will allow them to face new challenges and challenges to have a successful professional and work life. In addition to personal development, training is perhaps the best ingredient to take advantage of the opportunities that arise throughout life.
