Through the Secretary of Social and Human Development of the State of Guanajuato -SEDESHU-, the municipalities of Comonfort and Villagran launched new social infrastructure works; while in Cortazar they listened to the requests of those attending the GTO Contigo Si “El Pipila” Center.
Secretary Libia Dennise Garcia led the inauguration of Alegria street in the community of Las Trojas located in Comonfort, rehabilitated with stone drowned in concrete.
Mayor Claudio Santoyo, cut the ribbon and reiterated the commitment of the State Government, “all our works and all our actions are aimed at making the families of Guanajuato live better,” he said.
Delegate Raul Perez, thanked the entire community for the intervention of this main road, “it is now very beautiful, prettier than it was; We waited many years for the government to include us, indeed that is a reality, that we waited many years, but we already see that they finally inckude us”,he said.
The State and Municipal authorities arrived at the City and inaugurated the second stage of hydraulic concrete rehabilitation of Vasco de Quiroga street.
Later, Secretary Libia Garcia went to Villagran to supervise, with Mayor Juan Lara Mendoza, the progress of paving with hydraulic concrete on Tierra and Estrella streets; work that is the spearhead for the transformation of the Planetaria neighborhood.
The benefited neighbors thanked the State and Municipal Government for the rehabilitation of their roads and endorsed their commitment to continue working hand in hand to do more actions.
Finally, the head of SEDESHU visited the GTO Contigo Si “El Pipila” Center in Cortazar to address and listen to the concerns of those who attend workshops, training, physical activations, etc., and to improve the service for cortazarenses.
“Today we are here too, moms, dads, to see how we can continue promoting these activities in the Center, that there be more, that they have what is necessary”, said Libia García.
