With 6,800 hectares allocated to productive activities in 46 Industrial Parks, Guanajuato consolidates the real estate market offer to attract investment.
The Governor of Guanajuato Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo in coordination with the private initiative, promotes the development and consolidation of industrial parks available for the arrival of national and foreign companies.
The head of the Secretariat for Sustainable Economic Development -SDES-, Ramon Alfaro Gomez, said that the goal is to increase the supply of land available for industry inside and outside the industrial corridor to bring development to the entire State territory.
Parks currently exist or are under development in 17 municipalities:
- Abasolo, Apaseo el Grande, Celaya, Comonfort, Guanajuato, Irapuato, Leon, San Felipe, San Francisco del Rincon, San Jose Iturbide, San Luis de la Paz, San Miguel de Allende, Salamanca, Silao, Uriangato, Valle de Santiago and Villagran
The economic policy adopted by the State Government aims to generate the conditions for the development of new investment projects through the diversification of the local economy.
The development of industrial zones and premises inside and outside the economic corridor have been detonated to contribute to the generation of better living conditions for Guanajuatenses.
The economic policy of the Government of Guanajuato is aimed at attracting investments that contribute to the diversification of the economy of Guanajuato, while promoting the professional and personal development of the inhabitants in the municipalities where they settle.
When new poles are detonated, the local economy is strengthened by generating a greater demand for services that contribute to the promotion of new labor economic vocations that are taken advantage of by the inhabitants of the regions with industrial potential in Guanajuato.
The consolidation of these polygons will strengthen industrial supply, which will allow the generation of new investment projects and the creation of new job opportunities.
