The 10 industrial clusters operating in Guanajuato add up to more than 888 thousand jobs in the sectors they represent.
Governor of Guanajuato Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo, through his economic policy, strengthens the productive system of Guanajuato by facilitating the sum of companies from the same sector to face common challenges to find collective solutions.
The head of the Secretary for Sustainable Economic Development -SDES-, Ramon Alfaro Gomez, said that by joining forces, companies have the opportunity to develop strategies that allow them to be more competitive counting with the support of the State administration.
In Guanajuato, the sectors that have an articulated cluster are:
- Automotive, Fashion, Food, Chemical, Information Technology, Housing, Logistics and Mobility, Aerospace, Construction, Pottery and Ceramics
There are 2 initiatives in progress:
- Mining
- Life Innovation Technologies -medical-
The SDES promotes the necessary conditions for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises –MSMEs- to competitively join the value chain, favoring the generation of wealth to create, preserve and improve the working conditions of their collaborators through the articulation of productive strategies like:
- Business meetings, supplier development, technological development, marketing, innovation, access to financing, specialized consulting, among other actions and support
The cluster strategy is the means by which Guanajuato companies identify and capitalize on business opportunities to join the supply value chain of large companies operating or about to settle in Guanajuato thanks to the investment attraction policy.
By uniting efforts and strengths, local companies have the opportunity to carry out strategies that allow them to be more competitive by aligning their production processes in the transition from manufacture to Mindfacture within the framework of the use of Industry 4.0 that is already turning into Industry 5.0.
