3rd RacingFest Arrives in Purisima

The festival strengthens the position of Purisima del Rincon as a tourism center, offering a wide variety of events for the whole family

For the third consecutive time, Purisima del Rincon is preparing to host one of the most anticipated automotive events in the region: the 3rd RacingFest 2025.

This edition offers an unprecedented experience in the Pueblos del Rincon, featuring an exhibition of the best Volkswagen automobiles from different states across Mexico.

The event will be held on Saturday, October 25, and Sunday, October 26, at Parque Canada de Negros, in Purisima del Rincon, Guanajuato. General admission will be $50 pesos, while children can access for free.

RacingFest is an entirely family-friendly event, exclusively for Volkswagen platforms, designed for the enjoyment of fans, collectors, and the general public.

Activities will kick off on Saturday, October 25, with a car caravan through the city’s main streets starting at 5 p.m. The caravan will end at the Main Square of Purisima del Rincon, where attendees can enjoy a special exhibition from 6 to 11 p.m.

On Sunday, October 26, the day will begin with the entry of exhibition cars from 7 to 10 a.m. Starting at 10 a.m., doors will open to the general public to enjoy a full day of activities. The unveiling of completely restored cars will take place at noon, followed by the judging of the Top 100 best vehicles, which will run from 1 to 3 p.m. Throughout the day, there will be music, activities, raffles, giveaways, and surprises for the entire family. The event will conclude at 6 p.m.

The 3rd RacingFest will award winners in the Top 100 and Best of Show categories. Furthermore, attendees can enjoy a wide variety of stands offering spare parts, scale cars, collectible models, food, beverages, and items related to automotive culture.

These events boost tourism activities in Purisima del Rincon, generating significant economic benefit for local families. Local service providers will be present during the RacingFest, offering a variety of dishes and products from regional cuisine, thus contributing to the promotion of local consumption and the development of sustainable tourism in the area.
